How Does It Work?

The Executive Snapshot involves three steps:

1. Every member of your leadership team will take the Judgment Index. This assessment has been known for 40+ years as the most scientific, mathematical, and logically-based instrument for measuring an individual’s values-based decision-making abilities.

2. Take the Organizational Health & Effectiveness Assessment and send the link to your team. (we suggest a minimum of 10 participants) This assessment will provide anonymous feedback from your team about your vision, culture, and overall company health.

3. Schedule a 90-minute call to review the results of your Executive Team Snapshot. We will review your team and organizational strengths, and weaknesses, and identify specific recommendations to help the leadership team and the company break through to the next level.
